The following report is based on "hear say" from Bill Gardner on the date mentioned above and an assumption is made on my, (Justin Hausler's) behalf that his statement/testimony is factual and accurate. 

Bill knocked on my door in the early evening describing an incident/crime that took place in front of his home.  According to Bill, his Dodge Pick-up was parked in front of his residence between 11:00am-12:00PM.  Approximately an hour window.  He stated he may have either A. dropped the keys next to the parked vehicle. B. Left the keys inside the vehicle possibly on the floor or the ignition. C. Left the keys in the door lock on the exterior of the door. 

The question I ask myself is "was I home between 11:00-12:00"? It is irrelevant because I never saw his Pick-up truck parked in front of his home Therefore it is impossible for Justin Hausler to be considered a credible witness.   I wasnt present at the crime scene, if there was a crime committed, nor did I see his vehicle or suspect related to statement above. Under these circumstances I promised to keep an eye for his lost/stolen keys.  

His Pick-up truck was no longer in front of his home during our discussion.  Either A. The Pick up got towed. B. He had spare keys and drove off in the pick up. C. Bill hot wired the pick up D. The pick up was never there in the first place and the story is bullshit.  The definition of "Hear Say" is as follows: When Person A tells Person B that a certain event occured it is not necessarily true because person B did not see the event nor was he a witness of the event it is impossible for person B to prove That person A's statement is 100 percent accurate.   I doubt Bill would go out of his way and knock on my door if the event did not occur.  I trust Bill and I will assume the event occurred and the event was factual.   With that being said I have not found any clues so far. 

I goto the liquor store every morning and I call it "feeling the temperature".  I had a career for 12 years and have over 7 years of retail CEO experience and with this much experience I and/or people with the same amount of experience get a feel and an instinct almost like a sixth sense.  If the temperature is hot there is a disturbance in the force just like Obi 1 Kenobi used to say in star wars.  I can immediately tell within a few seconds/minutes if there is a disturbance.  This disturbance can also translate to big business.  I can get an idea on the streets what the temperature is in big business.  There is no cold temperature.  There is a medium temperature which would be the balance and this is a sign everything is going smooth.  So this is not factual but I can tell everyone the person who did it there is a 90 percent chance its a white male, 9 percent chance hispanic male, 1 percent chance black male.  This is based on logic and street knowledge and I am familiar with the Rose Garden Neighborhood.
